Static Stretch Routine

This stretch routine is great for after rehearsals or practice sessions to get the body stretched out and cooled down.

This is meant to act as a demonstration video for each stretch and is not to be followed directly.

Everyone will need different lengths of time with each stretch, so listen to your body to determine how long you should hold each one. Always move until you feel slight discomfort and hold. If you stretch the muscle too far you may cause injury.

STANDING STRETCHES:
Neck Rolls
Shoulders
Back Of Arm
Chest
Torso Twists
Back Of Leg

SITTING STRETCHES:
Back Of Leg
Upper Thigh
Inner Thigh
Buttocks
Hips & Groin
